Every team member has the opportunity to leave a direct and lasting impact as we strive to become the leading company in better textiles.The Studio Coordinator plays a key role in overseeing the operations of the in-house studio. Adaptable and agile, they have a keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills and a collaborative spirit. As a dynamic, fast paced business, keeping the studio activities organized and flowing seamlessly will be the primary responsibility of the Studio Coordinator. Responsibilities range from booking talent for in-house productions to product and gear management and post-production coordination.ResponsibilitiesReceiving incoming project briefs and planning the studio schedule accordingly.Coordinating in-house productions from booking the cast and crew to securing logistics such as gear rentals and catering.Assuring all props, styling are ordered in a timely manner, as per the creative brief and returned once the shoot is complete.Putting together the shoot schedule and overseeing the day-of flow in a way to ensure all deliverables are met.Coordinating the post-production cycle, including photo retouchers, editors, mixing, etc.Oversee the file management system, ensuring all assets are properly organized and distributed to the relevant collaborators.Order and consistent upkeep of studio equipment and maintaining overall cleanliness of the studio.Managing the brands’ products flowing in and out of the studio. Supporting production services for external campaigns and initiatives.Overseeing the in-house content production budget, reviewed bi- weekly with the VP, Creative.In alignment with SRTX’s conviction that social and environmental sustainability is a natural part of being a successful business, it is incumbent for managers and above to reflect those values in their everyday decision-making. Ability to collaborate with multiple different stakeholders.Excellent communication skills and empathy.Wide network of creative professionals.Knowledge of photography softwares such as CaptureOne, LightRoom, a plus.Experience and knowledge of the fashion and/or consumer goods industries.Familiarity with the latest trends in photography and videography for fashion, tech and a pulse on culture We are excited to welcome a dynamic individual to join our team and contribute to our mission.
