Every team member has the opportunity to leave a direct and lasting impact as we strive to become the leading company in better textiles.The role of the F1 Supervisor:The Supervisor oversees all aspects of operational activities on the production floor, with a particular focus on managing processes involving chemicals, tanks and extrusion lines. This role ensures adherence to safety protocols, meeting production targets, and optimizing efficiency across all production areas.The role of the Supervisor:Uphold and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, particularly in areas involving chemicals, tanks, extrusion lines, and ovens.Maintain a secure work environment in compliance with standards.Manage and hold the production team accountable for achieving production targets and objectives, with specific attention to the extrusion line, chemical handling, and other critical processes.Execute weekly and daily production targets, ensuring timely delivery of required quantities with the highest quality standards, emphasizing areas such as chemical mixing, extrusion processes, and oven operations.Enhance productivity by making workers more efficient, cutting waste, and increasing output in all areas of production through smart management and process improvements.Ensure that product output consistently meets established quality standards in all production areas.Promptly address any production issues or deviations from quality specifications, particularly in processes involving chemicals.Qualifications for the role:Management experience for 12+ months Ability to manage a team greater than with 4 peopleStrong and effective communication skillsStrong conflict resolution skillsAnalytical / good with numbersBackground in process engineering Must be flexibleMut able to lift up to 50 lbsMust be able to stand for long periods of timeWhat we offer:RRSP matching contribution A paid day off on your birthday Your first pair of Sheertex tights is on us!
