WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1As the Sr. Manager of Sales Enablement, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our GTM and enablement strategies as well as content and launch planning. You will support the success of equipping sales teams with the necessary tools, content, and training for effective selling (sales enablement) and assist in developing and executing the overall strategy to introduce and sell our products to the market (go-to-market).You will:- Develop and oversee the creation of sales and GTM collateral and presentations, ensuring all materials are current, accurate, and effectively support all processes- Maintain and organize a comprehensive catalog of materials, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial team members seeking resources and information- Master the H1 product suite to confidently articulate the value propositions, use cases, and advantages of our products in a value based way to the commercial team- Design and implement training programs that emphasize product updates, provide enablement support, and enhance sales skills for onboarding and everboarding initiatives - Coordinate with product teams to gather necessary information and updates to manage the process and ensure the commercial team is equipped and enabled to speak on enhancements and future roadmap- Draft and distribute internal and external communications, including but not limited to weekly emails and release notes to keep all stakeholders informed of product updates- Act as a liaison between sales, client, and product teams to address to triage product questions- Measure the effectiveness of enablement content by deploying regular feedback mechanisms- Take leadership in identifying areas for continuous improvement in sales enablement and GTM processes, implementing changes to enhance effectiveness and efficiencyABOUT YOUYou are an experienced person who is passionate about driving sales success through effective enablement strategies.
