A Better OpportunityWe are looking for a strategic and experienced Associate Recruiter to help us grow Better. You will work collaboratively and independently on full-cycle recruitment for our Sales and Operations departments. This role requires a strong work ethic, a strong understanding of a highly functioning sales organization, and ability to pivot quickly and adapt to unexpected challenges of a dynamic startup environment. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will be critical to creating a seamless recruiting process to help Better scale effectively and thoughtfully.Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting process for our business organization ensuring a seamless, uniform and incredibly positive candidate experienceCreate a scalable process that meets the needs of our companyPartner with internal clients to develop sourcing strategy for current and future needsManage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and utilize internal systems to further recruiting goalsBuild strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidatesSource candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and researchCollaborate with Recruitment team members to develop and update on recruiting best practices, market data, including execution of recruiting processes and toolsScreen and assess candidates for values, abilities and skills to ensure we’re continually increasing our quality of hire Facilitate both virtual and on-site interview plans Extend offers; negotiate and close to achieve or exceed hiring targetsSupport candidate experience -- guide candidates through the process and ensure every experience is positive, timely, memorable and transparent Ensuring timely communication and feedback to candidates at each stage of the processQualifications2-3 years of recruiting experience. preferably sales recruitment in a high-volume environmentPrevious experience within mortgage or financial services preferredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferredMust have experience with HRIS (preferably Workday) & ATS systemsProven ability to manage internal and external stakeholdersOperate with an incredible sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detailHas built and maintained a broad network of professional relationshipsSelf-motivated, competitive against your own personal goalsA go- getter who can self-manage and execute new processes and strategiesA scrappy & creative thinker; an optimistHigh personal integrityComfortable navigating through ambiguityRemarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiencyStrong written and verbal communication skills$85,000 - $105,000 a yearThe hiring range for this position ranges from $85,000 - $105,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
