About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated, organized, and efficient Executive Assistant to support a few members of our leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing productivity and efficiency. In this role, you'll play an instrumental part in enabling our leaders to achieve their goals by streamlining their daily operational tasks. ResponsibilitiesScheduling AssistanceEfficiently manage and coordinate calendars, including setting up, confirming, or rearranging appointments as necessaryPrioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completionLiaise with other executives, internal teams, and external contacts to streamline schedulingTravel Booking & ArrangementsPlan and coordinate travel arrangementsManage and process expense reports related to travelsTeam Scheduling & Event PlanningCoordinate team meetings, offsites, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled and team members are informedAssist in the preparation and organization of team-building events or departmental functionsCollaborate with other departments or teams as necessary to ensure seamless event planningQualificationsProven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support role.In-depth understanding of office management and the intricacies of scheduling.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficient with office software, scheduling tools, and communication platforms.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters.High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.Canary Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
