As an Associate Marketing Designer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Creative Marketing Team in executing B2B marketing initiatives across various channels, including social media, paid media, presentations, and marketing assets. This position requires a strong understanding of design fundamentals, the ability to adhere closely to brand guidelines, and a creative mindset. You will work closely with and be mentored by the Creative Marketing Manager, taking on responsibilities that include supporting the paid media program, engaging in A/B testing, and ensuring frequent asset refreshes.How you will achieve success: Work closely with the Creative Marketing Manager and other team members to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall creative strategy.Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines while creating polished and cohesive creative materials. Learn and actively participate in a fully ramped paid media cycle, including A/B testing and frequent asset refreshes. Respond promptly to one-off creative requests from the Business Development Team, providing creative solutions that align with the company's brand and goals; take an active role in developing creative materials for thought leader campaigns, ensuring a consistent and compelling visual narrative. Develop visually appealing leave-behind materials for tradeshows that effectively communicate the company's value proposition. What experiences will help you in this role: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles and an ability to apply them in a corporate B2B context. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
