In this high impact role, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Business Development, you will identify, prospect, and recruit new brands for Spreetail by cold calling, attending trade shows, and scheduling meetings with vendors. How you will achieve success:Identify, prospect, and recruit new brands for Spreetail by cold calling, attending trade shows, and scheduling meetings with vendors.Help with the analysis of the potential revenue and profitability of new brands.Develop the pitch materials that clearly define the benefits of a partnership with Spreetail, making sure each pitch is suited to the unique needs of that brand.Meet with brand partners and deliver the "pitch" and lead the continued follow-up.Onboard new brands getting them through the setup period, then smoothly transition the brand to a Merchandising Manager.Impact company and department metrics such as Revenue, On-boarded Brands to Plan, Time to Onboard Brands, Size of Vendor Pipeline.What experiences will help you in this role:3+ years in cold calling, pitching business plans, and leading strategic meetings. Experienced with and passionate about negotiating.Thrive in public speaking. $60,000 - $91,000 a yearOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,000/year to $91,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
