🚀 Make an Impact as a Support Analyst
As a Support Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert supporting clients through
calls and emails—helping resolve issues and guiding them step-by-step to the
right solutions. You’ll troubleshoot challenges, escalate complex issues where
needed, and connect clients with the appropriate resources.
Your day-to-day will include maintaining organized records, processing key documents, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring databases are accurate and up to date. You’ll also prepare progress reports and collaborate closely with managers to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality support to clients via calls and written communication
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, step-by-step solutions
- Escalate complex problems and refer clients to specialized teams when needed
- Maintain accurate records, process documentation, and update databases
- Prepare progress reports and coordinate with managers
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet deliverables
- Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation
- Contribute to operational monitoring and process improvements
- Communicate professionally with all stakeholders
- Work flexible hours to support 24/7 client coverage
Working Hours:
Tuesday to Friday: noon - 8pm ICT, Saturday: 11pm-7am ICT
What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
What You Bring
**
Essential:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- ~2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
- Client-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
**
Nice to Have:**
- Experience supporting clients in financial services, asset management, fintech, or SaaS environments
- Relevant certifications such as CFA, CIPM, ITIL, or FRM
