The Role:Minted is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic and growing Finance organization. You will be an integral part of the Finance organization, helping to develop a world class financial function for a high- growth, exciting and mission-led Company. You will develop and maintain key financial models and analysis to provide insights and help the management team with decision making. This position provides exposure to all facets of Minted’s business and requires an ability to quickly and deeply understand complex business models, large data sets, financial accounting and detailed financial statements. Therefore, please be advised that all official correspondences from our team will be sent from email addresses ending with "@minted.com"#LI-SS1You Will: Partner with the Finance team to develop financial forecasts and provide insight into financial results to the Senior Management team and Board of DirectorsOwn key components of financial reporting and analysis for Senior Management, Board of Directors’ presentations and other Investor Relations responsibilitiesOwn the creation and development of key components of the annual strategic plan and operating budget, such as sales, marketing, supply chain and opexDevelop ad-hoc financial analysis for departmental leads, providing insight on business performance and trends, KPIs, product margins and operational optimizationAssess new business opportunities. Develop and automate robust financial models and analyze financial outcomes to uncover areas of growthPerform analysis for general corporate finance activities, including the evaluation of capital structure alternatives and growth initiatives You Are: Collaborative, you work well in a team environmentCurious, like to learn and solve problemsProactive, seeking out process improvements and additional responsibilitiesAdaptable and hands onDetail oriented, with ability to research and analyze issues and business driversDiscreet, able to maintain confidential informationFluent in professional English-language communicationYou have: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking or high impact corporate finance (including US GAAP)Exceptional English-language verbal and written communication skills.Worked for a US-based company (analysis and forecasting for US-based customers and markets)Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skillsProven ability to interact and influence effectively with all levels of the organization, and drive alignment on financial targetsAdvanced modeling skills in Excel and Google SheetsExperience with accounting and FP&A; systems preferred (e.g. Netsuite, Workday, Anaplan, etc.)Prior experience with, or the desire to learn, SQL or other database query language a plusApply for this job
