We are customer- centric, creative, and solution-oriented, always delivering to our users the top-tier entertainment content they want at competitive prices.If you’re ambitious, bold and ready to take your career to the next level, get in touch!ResponsibilitiesSet up, reconcile, and post outgoing payments via bank transfer, e-wallet, etc.Prepare financial supporting documents for the transactionsCommunicate with external clients via email, respond promptly to their requests and answer any related queries Reconcile and post accounts payable and accounts receivable entries into our accounting system (Netsuite)Responsible for improving the workflow and automation process to ensure that routine tasks are being done effectively and constantly find ways to increase efficiency without compromising on qualityAssist with audits and any other ad-hoc tasksRequirementsCandidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in finance / Accountancy or equivalentAt least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Fresh Graduate are also welcome to apply)Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and proficient in Microsoft ExcelFluent in English with good written and verbal communication abilitiesHands-on experience with accounting software packages such as NetSuite, SAP, OracleExperience in Fintech or E-commerce industry will be a plusCan work with minimal supervision in an entrepreneurial environmentWorking at CodaJoining the Coda team means diving into a fast- paced, challenging, and exciting world.
