We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales for the MENA region. This strategic role is pivotal in driving our growth and expanding our market presence across the Middle East and North Africa. The successful candidate will lead sales strategies, manage key accounts, and work closely with cross- functional teams to deliver outstanding results. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our ambitious goals in a fast-paced and innovative environment.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of 10 sales professionals across different EuropeanBuilding/Developing & maintaining strong professional business with clients by phone, email and/or social networksBuilding and training a Team of highly motivated Sales individualsDeveloping the Institutional Business based on targets set by the Senior ManagementPromoting the Company’s products and services in an effective and efficient manner so as to maintain an adequate sales conversion ratio according to targets set by Senior Management Monitor sales performance, set targets, and ensure team alignment with business goals.Foster a high- performance culture within the sales team through mentorship and coaching.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Coach and training the teamResponsible for the efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales department in the MENA regionDelivering action plans regarding Sales Team to Senior Management when it's neededTaking proper actions and implementing necessary changes to improve Team’s PerformanceEnsure that the team follows the relevant regulatory guidelines Requirements:Native Arabic SpeakerBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
