We work hand-in-hand with managers from different countries, creating tailored systems to minimize fraud risks in each territory.Armed with expertise and cutting-edge strategies, we are always ready to face the challenge of shielding our clients and intercepting fraudsters at every turn. Responsibilities24/7 Transaction Alert Monitoring: You will oversee our round-the-clock transaction alert monitoring system, ensuring prompt identification and response to potential fraudulent activities.Dispute Management: You will manage dispute resolution processes across multiple countries and platforms, maintaining thresholds for various monitoring programs to ensure compliance and efficiency.Customer Complaint Handling: You will address and resolve customer complaints related to fraud, providing timely and effective solutions to daily escalations from Payment Channels (PC) and Publishers.AML Transaction Monitoring: You will participate in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Transaction Monitoring, serving as a Level 2 investigator to identify, report suspicious activities, file and review ISTR.Process Optimization: You will optimize existing operational processes and contribute to projects aimed at implementing advanced fraud prevention measures.Requirements3+ years of experience in Risk Investigation/Operation work in an payments, ecommerce or SaaS companyAttention to detail and identifying underlying patterns of FraudStrong organizational, communication and project management skillsWorking proficiency in dispute management, evidence templating etcWorking experience with at least one Payment channel portalsSQL query knowledge is a plusWilling to work in a shifting schedule (24/7 rotating shift)Working at CodaJoining the Coda team means diving into a fast-paced, challenging, and exciting world.
