Every team member has the opportunity to leave a direct and lasting impact as we strive to become the leading company in better textiles.The Technical Recruitment Lead will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. They factor into this process that people play an important role and will be key players of success going forward.The role of the Lead, Technical Recruiter:Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans and strategies accordingly.Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent in the field of textile manufacturing, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback from hiring managers, and making recommendations for candidate selection.Manage the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.Must have experience recruiting for engineering roles.
