If our mission excites you, you’re a revenue operations wizard, and you’re looking to join a startup at the ground level looking to help founders all over the world, doola can’t wait to meet you.Position Overview:The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by maintaining and optimizing our HubSpot CRM, training and enabling salespeople, and creating insightful sales dashboards. They will also help build and maintain operational processes for our Tax team. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a passion for driving efficiency and effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:HubSpot Maintenance and Optimization:Manage and maintain our HubSpot CRM to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.Implement and configure HubSpot tools, workflows, and additional features to support sales and operational processes.Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the CRM, providing timely resolutions.Training and Support:Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams on HubSpot and other sales tools.Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives to ensure effective use of CRM and adherence to best practices.Create and update training materials and documentation.Dashboards and Reporting:Design, build, and maintain sales dashboards to provide real-time insights into key performance metrics.Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support sales strategies and decision- making.Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Establish reporting systems for the Tax teamSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM is required, we’re looking for a HubSpot wizard.Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.Ability to work US East Coast HoursBonus Qualifications:Experience in a startup or business formation environment.Experience in creating custom workflows in HubSpot.Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in business operations.Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Why Join Us:Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the industry.Collaborative and supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and development.Competitive compensation package.If you are passionate about optimizing operations and helping businesses succeed, and you possess the skills and experience outlined above, we want to hear from you!
