The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Division of State- Operated Specialty Care, Bureau of Woodward Resource Center (WRC) is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant 3 to join our Staffing Unit. This is a full-time position scheduled Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. with a monthly weekend rotation. As an Administrative Support Assistant 3, you will assist in assuring work assignments are scheduled and filled, enter accurate and timely information from the staffing boards into the scheduling system on an ongoing basis, and serve as an expert for staffing and direct care payroll issues.
