Every team member has the opportunity to leave a direct and lasting impact as we strive to become the leading company in better textiles.We are seeking a talented and creative Packaging Designer to join our dynamic Creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative and functional packaging designs that enhance the consumer experience and drive sales for both owned brands and wholesale products. In addition to packaging, you will create compelling in-store displays that effectively communicate our brand's message and product benefits. If you are passionate about design, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast- paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Key Tasks:Packaging Design Development:Create original packaging designs that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines.Ensure packaging designs meet all technical specifications and regulatory requirements.In-Store Display Design:Develop and design eye-catching in-store displays that attract consumer attention and drive product sales.Collaborate with the B2B team to ensure displays effectively convey brand messaging and product features.Material and Sustainability Research:Research and recommend sustainable packaging materials and solutions to reduce environmental impact.Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in packaging materials and techniques.Prototyping and Testing:Create prototypes of packaging designs for testing and approval.Conduct tests to ensure packaging integrity, durability, and functionality throughout the product lifecycle.Collaboration with Cross- Functional Teams:Work closely with creative, product development and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive and effective packaging solutions.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support product launches and marketing campaigns.Vendor Coordination:Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to source materials and ensure quality production of packaging designs.Manage timelines and budgets for packaging projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.Graphic Design and Branding:Design graphics and visuals for packaging that enhance brand recognition and appeal.Ensure consistency in branding across all packaging and in-store display materials.Project Management:Manage multiple packaging design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Maintain organized records of design drafts, revisions, and final approvals.Skills & CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.Proven experience in packaging design, preferably with consumer goodProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong project management and organizational abilities.Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of regulatory requirements for packaging in the consumer goods sector is a plus.Apply for this job
