The Latin America Account Manager for CFDs is a multifaceted role responsible for client success and growth within the Latin American market. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial markets, along with the ability to educate clients on the platform, trading tools, and available instruments. They build strong relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored support, while also achieving sales targets and maintaining client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.Servicing a portfolio of clients from Latin America in the CFD marketplace by providing general market information to clientsAssist clients with queries regarding trading and the instruments available for use by the clientBe aware of and be able to demonstrate ongoing in-depth knowledge of the financial markets, both technically and fundamentallyTraining new clients on companies' platforms and trading toolsBuilding and maintaining client relationships by understanding the client’s needs and trading profile and providing suitable support and guidance where requiredTake ownership of your clients’ problems and liaise with other departments, when required, to escalate and resolve issues and/or report faultsAchieving monthly targets.Contacting clients to provide general market updatesUtilising retention strategies to maximise client satisfactionEnsuring timely follow-up of all contactsMaintain high levels of client acquisition, retention and re-activation.Requirements: Native Latin American Spanish essential, with Portuguese advantageousExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven experience working within client servicesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to create rapport quickly and develop relationships furtherFinancial market knowledge/trading experienceAbility to work hours adjusted to be able to call LATAM clients.In return, you will receive: International Team CollaborationState-of-the-art EquipmentGenerous Annual Leave PolicyEmployee Referral ProgramComprehensive Private Medical InsuranceAnnual Global Performance Review Cycle.Apply for this job
