About The Role
As an Account Executive , you will be instrumental in executing our sales strategy and expanding our B2B market presence. This is a direct, in-person sales position where you'll work closely with our Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to enhance the sales process and refine our product offerings.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities.
- Close new deals and achieve your sales targets by retaining clients and driving revenue growth.
- Effectively communicate Sensi's product features, value propositions, and capabilities to local agencies and end users.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with our B2B clients to ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction.
- Provide training to clients' staff on Sensi's product features and direct-to-consumer sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and insights that will shape Sensi's product strategy and sales playbook.
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in closing new business and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven ability to prospect, build, and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- High energy and stamina to perform at a consistently high level.
- Strong sense of ownership and independence in your work.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work well across different functions.
- Experience in training on direct-to-consumer sales strategies.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced organization is advantageous.
- Background in the healthcare industry or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office products.
