About The Role

As an Account Executive , you will be instrumental in executing our sales strategy and expanding our B2B market presence. This is a direct, in-person sales position where you'll work closely with our Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to enhance the sales process and refine our product offerings.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities.
  • Close new deals and achieve your sales targets by retaining clients and driving revenue growth.
  • Effectively communicate Sensi's product features, value propositions, and capabilities to local agencies and end users.
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with our B2B clients to ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction.
  • Provide training to clients' staff on Sensi's product features and direct-to-consumer sales strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and insights that will shape Sensi's product strategy and sales playbook.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in closing new business and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven ability to prospect, build, and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • High energy and stamina to perform at a consistently high level.
  • Strong sense of ownership and independence in your work.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work well across different functions.
  • Experience in training on direct-to-consumer sales strategies.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced organization is advantageous.
  • Background in the healthcare industry or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office products.
