They assist in product and print development functions, communicate with internal and external partners, and assists the Sourcing Manager with general administrative tracking, reports, and meeting preparations. The Sourcing Coordinator must have strong organization, communication, collaboration, problem solving, time management, and Outlook and Excel skills. Primary Duties (Identified Essential Functions)Assist Sourcing Manager in product development functions to ensure timely execution of product development calendar. Build collaborative relationships, coordinate interoffice communication, and follow-up with internal and external partners. Responsible for daily communication with external partners via email to collect and organize information, problem-solve, and follow up on deliverables. Partner with design, merchant, and creative teams to develop assortment. Assist with print development and execution, costing, and delivery for assigned categories. Track product development status, samples, and submissions, and manage deadlines for multiple seasons at the same time.Requests marketing samples and artwork submissions from vendors, track to internal deadlines, and organize upon receipt. Responsible to create, issue and track POs for on-time delivery. Track raw material commitments and liabilities. Assist Sourcing Manager with general administrative tracking, reports, and meeting preparations. Additional tasks and responsibilities assigned as necessary. Education & QualificationsBachelor’s in related field desired.Working Environment and ConditionsWork is conducted in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is normally quiet and the temperature is typically normal to moderate. Typical work week is business hours Monday through Friday. Offsite travel may be required to attend work related events, training and/or to other company locations. Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing. May occasionally need to lift and /or move up to 10 pounds. Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another. Communicating with others to exchange information.
