Shipping Office Clerk - Tues-Sat - 1st Shift at FIDELITONE

The Shipping Office Clerk is responsible for coordinating all packing functions relating to parcel movement out of the warehouse, maintaining prescribed service levels and quality assurance while keeping costs at a minimum, to ensure meeting departmental, company, and customer objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Interacts with employees, other department leads, and all Supervisors to ensure utilization and performance levels are met
Interact with customer service
Tracking and billing of warehouse miscellaneous activities
PO Entry
Routing guide ownership
Outbound order reconciliation
Ensure sufficient amounts of inventory supplies are purchased and maintained
Maintains and reports all OF cost per line metrics

Required Skills

A comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations is necessary
Must be PC literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be a strong team player with a firm, personal commitment toward the business and its customers
Must value diversity and exhibit a leadership style that empowers, coaches, mentors, and fosters a cohesive team environment

Required Experience

High School Degree or GED a minimum
Five years of similar experience
