What Conduit Is

Conduit aggregates publicly listed job openings from employers’ own career pages and connects candidates with roles that match their interests. Listings are sourced as-is from third parties; we don’t control the underlying posts and can’t guarantee accuracy, availability, or that any particular role is still open.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content through the Service
• Use automated scraping, extraction, or bulk-download tools against the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate another person or organization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Listings and Third-Party Sites

Apply links go to employers’ own systems. Once you leave Conduit, you’re subject to those sites’ terms and privacy practices. We don’t mediate the application process and aren’t a party to any employment relationship that may result.

Intellectual Property

Conduit’s original content, code, and features are owned by Serenity Software. Job descriptions and company information are owned by the respective employers and are surfaced here under the same publicly accessible terms by which they were originally published.

Service Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serenity Software disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, missed opportunities, or hiring outcomes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us; deletion results in removal of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
