Why does this role exist?
We're seeking a talented Web Design & Content Support Specialist to lead our client's digital transformation and maintain a strong online presence. This role is crucial in building and maintaining e-commerce platforms while ensuring consistent brand representation across all digital touchpoints. The position will serve as the cornerstone of our client's digital strategy, handling everything from website development to graphic design needs.

The Impact you’ll make

**Digital Presence Development **

• Build and customize Shopify websites
• Implement custom design elements via Figma
• Ensure optimal user experience across platforms

**Brand Identity Management **

• Create and maintain consistent brand assets
• Design product labels and marketing materials
• Develop and implement brand guidelines

**E-commerce Optimization **

• Manage website updates and product launches
• Optimize digital assets for web performance
• Maintain e-commerce functionality

**Creative Collaboration **

• Partner with stakeholders for creative direction
• Manage design feedback and revisions
• Support content strategy implementation

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• 3+ years of Shopify website development experience
• Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
• Professional experience with Figma
• Strong portfolio of e-commerce website designs
• Experience in beauty/cosmetics industry (preferred)
• WFH Set-Up:
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
  • Back-up computer and internet connection
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...

Work Setup:

• Remote position
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
• Occasional weekend availability for urgent matters
• 40 hours per week

Compensation:

• $8 per hour
• No benefits package included
