Role Overview
We are seeking an NPI Project Manager to lead supply readiness across key
commodity areas supporting the development and deployment of our advanced
bipedal humanoid robots. This role will be essential in scaling our production
from prototype to volume manufacturing and ensuring reliable builds across
motors, PCBs, structural assemblies, and test components. The ideal candidate
will bridge planning, operations, and engineering, enabling seamless material
flow and inventory health.
Responsibilities

Manage and maintain ERP/MRP planning parameters including lead times, safety stock, and lot sizes

Translate the Master Production Schedule into actionable material plans to ensure timely availability across Raw, WIP, and Finished Goods

Monitor and manage inventory health, proactively identifying risks and optimizing stock levels to prevent shortages or excess

Support new product introductions by developing material readiness plans, creating preliminary BOMs, and leading clear-to-build reviews

Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Program Management to align on demand, supply, and inventory strategies

Lead planning contributions to S&OP meetings and provide reporting on inventory levels, spend, and material availability

Drive continuous improvements in ERP/PLM data accuracy, change management processes, and reporting tools

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field

2-4 years of experience in material planning using ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite; MES/PLM experience is a plus

Experience working in hardware or electronics manufacturing environments (robotics, EV, or related preferred)

Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, metrics-driven mindset

APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus; experience in electronics, PCB, or battery supply chains is highly desirable
