Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner - Americas

**Compensation **

U.S. / Plantation Florida: USD 150, 000 - 250 ,000 annually, plus elegible for an annual bonus

Mexico / Mexico City: MXN 2,000,000 - 4,000,000 annually, plus elegible for an annual bonus

Final compensation will be determined based on candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and alignment with the role requirements.

Position Summary

DHL Group is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner - Americas to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across our Group Functions organization. This role will lead talent management, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and transformation initiatives while supporting business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders on people and organizational strategies.
  • Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Drive the regional performance management process.
  • Support organizational change and transformation programs.
  • Coach and advise senior stakeholders on strategic HR matters.
  • Lead strategic HR projects and regional initiatives.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing HR team.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR leadership or Senior HR Business Partner responsibilities.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior business leaders.
  • Strong background in talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Experience leading HR teams in a complex, multicultural environment.
  • Regional or multi-country experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
