Job Description
The Market Supply Chain Lead is responsible for ensuring reliable,
compliant, and cost-effective product supply to the market by leading end-to- end supply chain planning and operations.
The role drives integrated demand and supply management through S&OP,
ensures execution excellence across distribution and logistics, and serves as the primary interface between commercial, regulatory, quality, and regional supply chain teams.
By leveraging data-driven insights, strong stakeholder collaboration, and
process stewardship, the role proactively identifies risks, resolves supply challenges, and delivers continuous improvements to support business growth and patient access.
Overall objectives :

Act as the primary Supply Chain partner to the Country Leadership Team (CLT) and cross-functional stakeholders, enabling aligned and informed business decision-making.

Drive demand and supply excellence through effective pre‑S&OP, S&OP, new product planning, and regulatory change management to ensure reliable product availability.

Ensure full compliance and risk management across GDP, GMP, GDL, customs, and internal processes, safeguarding product integrity and regulatory standards.
Optimize supply chain performance and costs by leveraging data-driven
insights, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening planning and execution processes.

Experience:

12 - 15 years of relevant supply chain experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Strong experience in demand and supply planning, S&OP, inventory management, logistics, importation, and distributor/3PL management.

Experience working in a regulated environment, with good understanding of GDP/GMP, local regulatory requirements, customs, and trade compliance.
-
Proven track record in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and leading supply chain improvements.
-
Prior people management experience is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders.
