DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
You will join TELCO’s Technical Office and collaborate with other
professionals who possess excellent skills in designing, planning, and
defining the architecture of an application or software system.
YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions for industrial automation machinery, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability;
- Lead advanced software modeling and design activities, including system architecture, platform definition, and software process engineering tailored to automated machines and production systems;
- Collaborate in the selection of the most suitable technologies, tools, and programming languages for the development of control and supervisory software for industrial machinery;
- Perform requirements analysis by working closely with the Development Team and key Stakeholders to understand functional needs and translate them into precise technical specifications for automation systems;
- Manage software projects and coordinate development teams, ensuring alignment with timelines, resources, and goals related to the deployment of software for automated equipment and industrial control systems.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering;
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in the role;
- Knowledge of Relational databases (Oracle and SQL Server);
- Familiarity with Dot.Net and Net Core frameworks;
- Proficiency with C# programming language;
- Knowledge of the software design patterns;
- Availability for travel in Italy and abroad;
- Proficiency in English.

- Proactivity and problem solving;
- Machine learning skills.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
•The employment contract will be regulated by “Metalmeccanico” National
Collective Bargaining Agreement
•The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than €50.000
•The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and,
following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary
above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills,
and qualifications
•The position’s compensation package also includes a welfare and benefits
offer. Further details will be provided at a later stage and will be subject
to the applicable Company policies
