ABLE Kids is hiring compassionate, energetic individuals to work one-on-one with children ages 2-6 diagnosed with autism. No ABA experience? No problem, we provide paid training and cover the cost of your RBT certification.

What You'll Do
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2-6
• Teach communication, play, social, and daily living skills
• Help children gain confidence and independence
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team

What We're Looking For
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable, positive, and compassionate attitude
• Passion for working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification (we'll help!)
