Maintain an up-to-date property control file for all inmates assign to the institution. Ensure completed SCDC 19-2, inmate property inventory, is completed for each assigned inmate. Coordinate the transfer of an inmate's property with other institutions and, if necessary, the inmate's family. Coordinate donations of inmate property to welfare agencies and / or pre- release centers. . Maintain a permanent property control logbook, documenting all confiscated property.
