Role Overview: As a Brand Executive, you will be the bridge between brand vision and market reality. It’s a high impact role that requires a surgical focus on Data Analytics and Stakeholder Management. You will work closely with Brand Managers and Category heads across portfolios to track performance, manage internal stakeholders and ensure that our brand remains a household favorite across India. You are the custodian of the "Paper Boat" experience, ensuring every campaign is backed by solid numbers and every partner is aligned with our unique voice.

Key Responsibilities

1. **Market & Sales Intelligence **

Data Synthesis: Design and maintain advanced tracking systems to monitor brand performance across diverse GT and OT markets.

Actionable Insights: Prepare comprehensive data sets for market and sales intelligence.

Automation: Utilize VBA Macros to streamline recurring reports, ensuring the leadership team has real-time visibility into the data.

2. Stakeholder Coordination & Enablement

Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the primary liaison between the Sales and Supply Chain teams.

Stock Management: Closely monitor inventory levels to ensure the movement of stocks is synchronized with sales forecasts and promotional cycles, ensuring supply and movement of stocks are happening on time. 3. Brand Activation and Vendor Management

Execution Oversight: Lead the ground-level execution of brand activations and BTL activities.

Partner Management: Onboard and manage external agencies and vendors, maintaining strict control over timelines, quality, and budgets.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a gritty, detail-oriented professional who has survived and thrived in the traditional FMCG.

Experience: 3–4 years of experience within a Traditional FMCG setup. Experience with FMCG General Trade (GT) dynamics is needed.

Technical Mastery: High Excel proficiency is required. You must be comfortable building complex spreadsheets and writing Macros to automate workflows.

Mindset: A proven go-getter who has seen business scale and understands the discipline required to maintain growth in a competitive market.

Diligence: Exceptional attention to detail; you are the type of person who spots a data discrepancy before it becomes a problem.
