Lead Program Specialist - Project Manager

The Lead Program Specialist Project Manager designs and oversees lead hazard reduction and healthy homes construction projects for the City of Burlington. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of projects and contractor performance to ensure compliance with project specifications, grant requirements, and applicable regulations. All lead activities are completed following the Vermont Regulations for Lead Control and HUD’s Guidelines for the Evaluation and Control of Lead Hazards in Housing (rev. 2012). Union Affiliation: American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Pay Grade 17: $33.79 - $37.68 Hourly Remote Tier 3: Up to two (2) days remote/week
