International Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to
international project teams
• Act as a point of contact for project-related queries, ensuring timely
follow-up and proper escalation when needed
• Coordinate and organize team meetings, agendas, and documentation, including
preparation of presentations and meeting minutes
• Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and internal systems,
ensuring accuracy and data consistency
• Support financial and operational tracking, including data consolidation for
reporting and forecasting activities
• Assist with project processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with
internal procedures and timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations) to
support project-related administrative activities
• Track and monitor project data, identifying gaps and supporting continuous
improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
• Previous experience in a project coordination, project support, or
administrative support role
• Experience working in an international or multicultural environment
• Fluent English (written and verbal) – mandatory
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
• High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting global or cross-regional projects
• Familiarity with project tracking tools or CRM systems
• Experience with reporting, data tracking, or financial coordination
