Our Financial Professional, Premier Team role is designed for individuals who are motivated to build a long‑term career in financial services. This position offers a remote work schedule that allows you to stay fully engaged with your team to provide outstanding, customer‑focused service during our core hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST). Periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Financial Professional – Advisor Assist, you will build trusted
relationships with clients by delivering value through meaningful, proactive
engagement:
- Proactively connect with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide timely support and guidance
- Serve as a single point of contact, coordinating Equitable’s full range of resources to address client needs efficiently and effectively
- Act as a trusted resource to answer questions about existing products, reinforce client confidence, and validate investment decisions
- Identify new opportunities in partnership with clients as their financial goals, priorities, and life circumstances evolve
- Assist clients with initiating and completing transactions, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and positive experience
- Collaborate closely with Financial Professionals to support client relationships and enhance overall service delivery
The base salary for this position is $47,500. This role is eligible for variable compensation.
