Recreation Area Attendants assist in the operation and maintenance of East Bay Municipal Utility District’s (EBMUD) outdoor recreation areas, visitor centers and grounds. They perform a variety of duties involving frequent contact with the public, especially on holidays and during the summer months, as well as physically demanding tasks. They MUST be able to swim since some of their duties are on or near a lake. The vacancy is at Lafayette Reservoir approximately 12 miles east of downtown Oakland from Highway 24.
