Produce QC

Produce Quality Control Associate (Warehouse) - Full-Time
Location: Brewster, NY
Pay: $18 - 22/hour

What You 'll Do

• Inspect inbound produce for quality, temperature, and packaging compliance
• Conduct routine quality checks and audits on in-stock produce
• Document findings and input data into internal tracking systems or WMS
• Identify and flag spoiled or aging items for removal or repack
• Ensure FIFO rotation and monitor cold storage conditions

What We 're Looking For

• 2-4+ year of produce handling or quality inspection experience preferred
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, FIFO, or other food safety standards a plus
• Comfortable working in cold storage and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Basic math skills and ability to read/write in English
• Prior warehouse experience and WMS knowledge is helpful
