Job Description
Responsabilidades
- Ejecutar la estrategia de ventas para los productos a tu cargo en el territorio asignado para asegurar la cobertura de los objetivos de ventas.
- Demostrar conocimiento y ejecución del Proceso de Ventas a través de la implementación de la estrategia y la asignación adecuada de recursos.
- Colaborar efectivamente con los miembros del equipo y los clientes mediante el trabajo en equipo y la comunicación asertiva.
- Mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave, asegurando un enfoque centrado en el cliente.
- Gestionar y alcanzar las métricas de KPIs de Visitas para impulsar el rendimiento.
- Analizar e interpretar la información de los informes de ventas ATV para informar decisiones estratégicas.
Calificaciones
Requerido
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en sector farmacéutico (deseable) .
- Título universitario completado.
- Experiencia comprobada en ventas.
- Fuerte enfoque en el cliente.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
- Dominio del Paquete de Windows.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
Preferido
- Dominio del inglés.
- Experiencia manejando portafolio de ginecología, urología.
- Capacidad para aprender rápidamente.
- Adaptabilidad al cambio.
- Habilidades efectivas de manejo del estrés.
- Fuertes habilidades de escucha activa y comunicación.
Basado en Leon, Guanajuato
Viaje Terrestre: Celaya, Irapuato y Guanajuato
