Are you passionate about technology, data, and financial services? Join Euronext Securities as a Functional Analyst Intern within our Software Factory team. You will be part of the Data, Automation & Messaging Functional Analysis team, supporting the development of innovative solutions for our four Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) in Milan, Copenhagen, Porto, and Oslo. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment at the heart of Europe’s capital markets.
You will primarily be responsible for:
- Supporting the collection and analysis of business requirements related to data, robotic process automation (RPA) and messaging processes
- Contributing to the drafting of functional specifications and user stories for new features and process improvements
- Learning and applying functional analysis methodologies and tools in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Assisting in conducting gap analyses and documenting solution options
- Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
- Helping to prepare project updates and status reports
- Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation of functional specifications and user stories
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or a related field (or currently enrolled)
- Strong interest in functional/business analysis, data, RPA and financial services
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Proactive attitude, curiosity and openness to feedback
- Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English (written and spoken)
