We’re a fast-growing, seed-stage Cybersecurity startup backed by top investors — and we’re scaling quickly to keep up with demand. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who’s ready to build, experiment, and drive measurable impact.
This isn’t a “maintain what’s working” type of role. It’s for someone who wants to own demand generation, experiment with AI-driven marketing, and bring creative, data-backed campaigns to life across digital and live channels.
What You’ll Do

Design and run integrated campaigns across email, digital, webinars, and live events that drive awareness and pipeline.

Build programs including monthly webinars, advisor briefings, and customer roundtables - and find creative ways to make each one stand out.

Experiment with AI - from automating workflows to personalizing outreach or content generation. We want someone who’s been curious, tried things, and learned fast.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success to align messaging and accelerate conversions.

Work directly with our advisory board and customers, strengthening relationships that turn into real advocacy and influence.

Use tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to measure impact, optimize campaigns, and show what’s moving the needle.

Bring ideas to the table — we value creativity and initiative over hierarchy.
What You Bring

4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity.

A strong grasp of demand generation and campaign orchestration.

A natural attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and digital campaign tools.

You’ve experimented with AI in your workflow - whether for automation, analysis, or content - and have thoughts on what actually works.

A metrics-driven mindset and an eagerness to own results.
