Description:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing technical assistance
and will coordinate efforts with production teams in order to achieve the
planned work and production goals.
What you will be responsible for:
• Coordinate Operations activities between hangars.
• Coordinate Operations activities between shifts.
• Perform hangar audits.
• Provide technical support as required.
• Communicate to Management any problems and suggested solutions.
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Travel may be required.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the
organization’s policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees;
planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and
disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• All other duties as assigned.
