**Join HDR in Honolulu as a Transportation Senior Project Manager! **
At HDR , we’re 100% employee-owned and driven by the idea that we can make Hawai‘i better—one project at a time. We’re looking for an experienced Transportation Senior Project Manager to help lead major infrastructure initiatives across the islands.
In this role, you’ll:

Lead large, complex, multidisciplinary transportation projects from planning through completion

Oversee multiple high-impact projects at once while keeping quality, budgets, and schedules on point

Strengthen client relationships and take an active role in business development, proposals, and strategic planning

Guide collaborative design sessions with your team, partners, and community stakeholders

Manage staffing and project workloads with a sharp eye on deliverables and deadlines

Monitor project finances, lead QA/QC efforts, and conduct key project reviews with operational leaders

Mentor emerging project managers and foster a culture of excellence
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree
PMP certification
