Jennie-O Turkey Store - 3rd Shift Sanitor - Barron, WI

Hourly pay rate: $22.48

** Job Responsibilities**

1. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing your work area

2. Includes the use of chemical cleaners, sanitizers and acids to maintain compliance with the Jennie-O Turkey Store and USDA regulations

3. Any and all other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

** * **Able to work in a Food plant (which may be cold and damp or hot and humid)

** * **Good written and verbal communication skills

** * **Thorough knowledge of all jobs and chemicals used within the department

** * **Ability to work with minimal supervision

** * **Simple math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required

** * **No attendance work actions in the last 6 months

** * **No performance work actions in the last 6 months

** * **PHYSICAL: Able to climb stairs and/or work on elevated stands or platforms

** * **Able to lift 50 lbs. on an occasional basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with foaming equipment operation and maintenance

Specific training and experience in the use of caustics, sanitizers and acids
