Branch Support Analyst - Licensing & Controls (HYBRID)

Equitable is looking for a dynamic Branch Support Analyst - Licensing & Controls to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide high level customer service support for the assigned Branches and maintain field force Contract, Licensing and Registration records.
- Function as an information resource and quality control.
- Under general supervision, enter, update and maintain all records regarding new hire processing, individual licensing and registration needs.
- Review and process the initial FINRA form U4s, Departments of Insurance License/Appointment applications, Appointment renewals and Contracting updates for candidates.
- Update and maintain candidate records using external and internal systems and applications.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on–site presence of 2-3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration.
The base salary range for this position is $42,000-$50,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
