About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Regional Sales Manager to lead market penetration and drive growth in our home health services. This is a high- impact role for a proven sales leader who thrives on building relationships, recruiting top talent, and executing data-driven strategies to dominate their market.

What You'll Do

  • Lead sales efforts across your assigned region with a focus on aggressive market penetration and measurable growth

  • Develop and execute a clear 90-day market entry plan that demonstrates strategic thinking and data-driven decision making

  • Build and manage enterprise-level relationships with hospital system leadership to secure preferred provider status and quality alliance memberships

  • Recruit, hire, and develop your own high-performing sales team through strategic networking and talent identification

  • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing partnerships

  • Analyze market data and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in home health (hospice, SNF, or infusion pharmacy experience may be considered for exceptional candidates)

  • Demonstrated ability to penetrate new markets and achieve aggressive growth targets

  • Strong track record of recruiting and building successful sales teams

  • Established credibility with hospital system executives and C-suite leaders

  • Hungry, competitive personality with high self-confidence and a "killer" mentality

  • Willingness to take calculated risks and be compensated based on growth metrics rather than steady commissions

  • Data-driven approach to sales strategy and market analysis

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation

This is a performance-based role with compensation tied directly to growth metrics and market penetration success. We reward those who deliver exceptional results.

Salary plus commission OTE 350K
