Job Summary
The Branch Manager 3 leads and manages two locations. A small and medium to large sized branches by overseeing daily operations and sales. Ensuring positive revenue generation, customer satisfaction, employee development, and continued excellence in productivity. They will improve the branch's competitive position in the market as well as maximize profitability. This position is a safety-sensitive role that requires compliance with the company's drug and alcohol policy and adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates and manages operational plans and budgets to meet the branch
s goals and regularly monitors branchs performance against goals to adopt corrective measures - Ensure Branch safety plans and trainings are implemented and maintained
- Manage the branch`s fleet inventory to maximize operations and revenue
- Manage Profit and Loss reporting & Operational reviews
- Generate, process, analyze, and review the daily business reports
- Effectively manage and develop a diverse team
- Ensuresproduct pricing meets profitability targets by regularly reviewing costs and pricing decisions.
- Oversees branch inventory for accuracy and security, ensuring cycle counting is implemented per procedures
- Ensure branch property and equipment security and maintenance through established systems, procedures, and regular upkeep schedules.
- Controls branch operational costs, including labor, supplies, freight, utilities, etc. to ensure overall branch profitability.
- Manages storage and delivery operations, from receiving to order fulfillment, and ensures on-time delivery through schedule management
- Ensure the branch is maintaining federal compliance with OSHA regulations and DOT standards
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience and a track record of success in operations and sales management, preferably in trench shoring or construction
- Must have a valid driver's license
