As a Senior Digital Consultant, you will drive client success by developing and managing impactful digital performance strategies. The team is responsible for delivering effective digital marketing initiatives across performance channels, and this role will own the end-to-end management, optimization, and strategic guidance of campaigns to deliver meaningful client results while contributing to team excellence.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance campaigns across search (Google Ads, Search Ads, Bing), social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), and display platforms

Handle campaign processes end-to-end, including strategy development, media planning, ad setup, daily optimization, and performance reporting

Develop and manage impactful digital performance strategies to drive client success

Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure measurable results

Work with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with client goals

Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic guidance and performance insights

Work across the team and contribute expertise, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools to ensure innovative and effective solutions
Requirements
-
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Communication or similar fields, or equivalent practical experience
-
3-4 years of experience in digital performance campaign management
-
Proficiency in search and social platforms (Google Ads, Search Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and display performance vendors

Solid knowledge of digital performance platforms and analytics tools (DV360, Google Analytics)

Knowledge of tracking and campaign management platforms (Analytics, Campaign Manager)

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance strategy and campaign management

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Leadership capabilities and experience in managing or mentoring teams

Demonstrated ability to take ownership of campaign performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement changes that drive measurable results

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Pay Range
In line with the European Pay Transparency Directive, we are including the pay range for this role. We will determine the final offer based on relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.

This is a hybrid position and we offer a permanent contract.
