Are you energetic, ambitious, and looking to develop your career? Our Cape Town Sable Wealth department is looking to add a full-time Junior Wealth Administrator to their team. We offer a dynamic and challenging environment where we achieve our business objectives and have fun doing it.

We are looking for a candidate who thrives in an administrative and back- office environment, with a strong desire to develop their career within the financial planning space.

You’re perfect for this position if you:

  • Have at least 2-3 years of work experience in a heavy administrative role.
  • Have exposure to AML / FIC, financial planning or tax industry and general bookkeeping.
  • Have exposure to project management and data management.
  • Are highly detail-oriented with strong organisational and follow-up skills.
  • Are comfortable with phone and written communication.
  • Are numbers-orientated, deadline driven, and honest and ethical.
  • Have strong computer skills with an ability to learn new technologies and integrations.

Your role and responsibilities:

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding clients onto our CRM system
  • Conducting AML and verification checks
  • Maintaining and updating client data on our systems
  • Assisting with projects that require data updates
  • Preparing annual review packs
  • Monitoring scanned posts/documents
  • Assisting with commission allocations
  • Building and maintaining training manuals
