Make a real impact --help someone build independence while building a career, you're proud of.
As a Rehabilitation Technician III, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) as they rebuild their strength, independence and quality of life after hospitalization. Through hands-on assistance with daily living activities, hygiene care, community involvement, and therapeutic goals, you'll help clients achieve meaningful milestones while building trusted, supportive relationships. Every shift is an opportunity to celebrate progress, promote healthy habits, and play a vital role in someone's journey toward a more independent future.
What You'll Do
- Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
- Support community outings, transportation, and activities
- Build positive relationships and encourage independence
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
- Coaches, mentors, and provides oversight to Rehab Tech I and II staff

What You Bring
Required:
- Certification as a CNA or an associate's degree from an accredited university or institution of higher learning (preferred) or High School Diploma or G.E.D with two years' experience, or one year as an HNNR Rehab. Tech. and have completed all HNNR Core and Advanced Medical Rehab Tech Skills requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
