Job details
As a Health & Safety Advisor, you'll provide professional health and safety support across a diverse portfolio of client sites. You'll work collaboratively with businesses to ensure compliance with Irish legislation, promote a positive safety culture and deliver practical, commercial health and safety solutions.

What will you do

• Provide competent health and safety advice to clients across multiple sectors.
• Carry out workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Produce and review RAMS, policies and safety documentation.
• Support clients in achieving and maintaining legislative compliance.
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety training where required.
• Investigate incidents and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Build strong client relationships through regular site visits and ongoing support.
• Keep up to date with Irish health and safety legislation and industry best practice

Who you are

• Previous experience in a Health & Safety Advisor or Consultant position.
• A recognised Health & Safety qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation.
• Experience carrying out audits, inspections and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong report writing and administrative abilities.
• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
• A full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
