Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior .NET Software Engineer with a strong background in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs, along with modern front-end frameworks.
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to system architecture and performance optimization. You will also play a key role in problem- solving, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices in software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET technologies
- Build and integrate APIs and backend services
- Collaborate with front-end developers using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Optimize database performance and schema design
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices
- Mentor junior developers and support team growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in .NET Framework
- Strong expertise in:
- .NET Core
- ASP.NET MVC
- Web APIs
- Modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with relational databases and performance optimization
- Proficiency with version control tools (e.g., Git)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and mentoring experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Blazor
- Exposure to healthcare applications
- Experience with scalable systems
- Familiarity with AI/ML integrations
