POSITION OVERVIEW: The Financial Manager coordinates and monitors of various financial activities and procedures to effectively manage budgets, programs and services for Harris County Universal Services (HCUS). This role leads the full lifecycle of the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) submission process, ensuring accurate forecasting, cross department collaboration, and timely delivery of all required documentation.
