Job Description:
The Special Procedures Radiologic Technologist working in the Cardiac Cath lab and angiography functions as scrub assistant to the physician performing radiographic procedures using angiographic imaging modalities.
Education:
-
Graduate of an Accredited School of Radiologic Technology Required
-
Bachelor's Degree Accredited School of Radiologic Technology Preferred
Experience:
- 2 years Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Procedural setting performing at least 1000+ procedures per year Preferred
Additional Experience:
- Skilled in cardiac rhythm recognition and hemodynamic values within 6 months of hire
Certifications/Licensures:

ARRT Rad Techs - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Required

BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association Required

ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association Required prior to completion of orientation to the assigned area

Radiologic Technologist - Certified (CRT) Current California Required

CRT Fluoroscopy - California Department of Public Health - Radiologic Health Branch Required

ARRT (CI) - Cardiac Intervention Preferred
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communications skills required.
Work Shift:
10.0 - 07:00 - 18:00 No Waive (United States of America)
Pay Range:
$82.07 - $123.10
Hourly
Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
